“On Monday, National Security Agency Director Mike Rogers denied that U.S. intelligence had asked the British to conduct surveillance, and said that it would be against the law.”

Someone in the private security industry in DC told me after Judge Nap made this allegation that ‘we do the British surveillance and they do ours. It’s how Obama got around FISA laws.’

““On Monday, National Security Agency Director Mike Rogers denied that U.S. intelligence had asked the British to conduct surveillance, and said that it would be against the law.””

Which is total BS since everyone in the NRO knows all about the swapping of intelligence between the two countries to get past that issue.
