Not seeing the problem. Why should the rest of the country through tax dollars pay for one state’s unwillingness to discourage illegal immigration?
The answer is we shouldn’t. I liked CA before it was over run. It was fun and laid back even if it was a bit more expensive. Now it’s not affordable at all, the population density is off the charts, farms and orchards around any city have been taken over by gated communities and tract homes, and the culture is far too diverse. I doubt the state will ever recover from this liberal experiment.

lol- similar happened to me- i was pretty drunk one 4’th of july- saw a fella shoving his girlfriend’s head into a brick wall, and i mean really slamming it- at a convenience store- I confronted him- he took a swing, clipped me- then charged me- knocked me to the ground- My friend said i did like a ninja move and hopped back to my feet from my back (I don’t even recall it lol)- the fella was stunned- I swung, missed- swung connected- he said ‘alright enough’— about 20 minutes later- he comes wheeling up in a convertible- starts mouthing off again- His girl was sitting in back seat- I took a swing at him again leaning into the car— sorta missed- and ended up hitting her in the eye-
