WASHINGTON (AP) -- The Republicans' capstone health care overhaul seemed in dire trouble Friday as Speaker Paul Ryan weighed strategy at the White House with President Donald Trump. GOP lawmakers and aides said they lacked the votes to succeed in the House, just hours before a do-or-die showdown demanded by Trump.
GOP leaders pushed toward a climactic House roll call, but their promise to stage the vote increasingly looked like a losing gamble for the new president and his GOP allies in Congress.

I say this with not any ability to see the Republican bill!! I haven’t seen such obfuscation since obamacare itself!! I am deeply disapponted in Trump for falling for Rinocare which was just rank socialism!! Why should I pay a premium that has to be large enough so that if some poor soul shows up today with terminal cancer an $1 million in future medical expenses but we take him ? That is not fair to my family that I am trying to feed!!

I’m curious about opinions out there on the provision to buy policies across state lines...Ryan left it out and there is only the “it will be in stage 3” of the bill...
Rush stumbled onto this across state lines thing 3-24-17 today about 1:15 pm EST, but doesn’t realize what it means...
When we can buy across state lines, supply and demand take over as the check and balance kicks in, and state employee commissioners are rendered useless and should be laid off...riffed.
So, Ryan and McConnell left that out...do you think they want to make state employee unions upset?
