“So you supported RyanCare, UniPartyCare, OboCareLite?” Non-Sequitur. What Trump said was the TRUTH.

And as someone once said - Let them eat cake.

Your TRUTH troubles me very much. Freedom in very hard for most people to live with. Most people prefer to be told what to do (not quite Slaves)

This has been the History of the World until the creation of the U.S.A.

Wow, I never thought I’d see this — the media AND the GOP establishment ALLIED against actual conservatives, such as Jim Jordan and Louie Gohmert and blaming them for the defeat of Obamacare 2.0. And, apparently, Trump even attacked the Freedom Caucus in a tweet this morning.

This Adam Kinzinger dude was just viciously attacking the Freedom Caucus this morning. Not long ago, we were calling for guys like that to be primaried and gotten rid of, along the lines of what happened to Eric Cantor. Now, in the new Republican Party of Trump, we attack those who actually want limited government and want true market based health care insurance, without government subsidies. This is just very disconcerting and demoralizing to me as an ardent believer in limited federal government and federalism.

The Freedom Caucus worked with the cuckservatives into the wee hours Thursday, to make real conservative changes to the Ocare-02 bill. The "moderates" refused to vote on the bill with these changes. So, conservatives do their job, rinos refuse to do theirs, and its the conservatives who are to blame?

QFT.

I hear the Geraldos, the PeRINOs, the Wall-asses slamming the Freedom Caucus and that's all I need to know. Slam the FC and you're on my ****list.

And that includes Donald Trump. Mr. President it will be a fatal mistake to kiss RINO/'Rat ass in order to pass crap legislation like "Ryancare."

You had better dance with the ones that brung ya. If you change partners you're Presidency is done.

Repeal it and then what?...Jordan said that there would be a two year period for transitioning from Obamacare to something else.

Repeal and implement interstate competition.

The cheap insurance states would fix the problem in weeks, with a flurry of new business.

That's all.

THIS ^^ is what POTUS needs to tweet about....NOT about supporting traitor Ryan.

Sadly, Traitor Ryan supported the POTUS’s agenda and Brat did not. What a mess.

Where’s the Freedom Caucus bill to repeal & replace OcrapCare?

It is sad to see people publicly admit their stupidity/idiocy. Jim Jorden (Freedom Caucus) DID file this bill. RINOs did not allow it out of committee.

Nick Mulvaney OMB--did an excellent job against F.Chuck's ridiculous claims about Trump and the failed bill.

F.Chuck is all about impeachment,Trump is a failure on and on and on.He's intent on shifting the blame for zero care to Trump instead of the dirty dems.

He even dared to compare how zero got the bill through in record time although Mulvaney showed just how good Trump can be in a pinch. At one time he had 80 congress critters at the White House showing how a real, true Presdent should try and negotiate. It showed Obamba for what he was a fake potus. Obama never met 80 House members in all eight years.

Mulvaney forgot to do the inevitable comparison but F.Chuck was doing his best to rattle him so can't cover everything The inevitable comparison of Trump with 80 congress men at the WhiteHouse at once and zero never getting off his ass even once to bring congress into the decision making will be brought up just not by F.Chuck.

Obamacare is broken and there will be growing public pressure to get it fixed, not repealed. If the governing party, the GOP, does not get it fixed, they will be blamed for the failure of Obamacare.

And to hell with the Free Market system, Capitalism, and the Constitutional Republic.

You should be way more worried about The Wall and the rest of the Trump agenda. It’s all in danger now with beltway kabuki “conservatives” and blue state RINOs emboldened to freelance. We all need to play for the same team now or all will be lost.

“Just repealing it and returning to what we had in 2008 would be 1,000% better than socialist ObozoCare/RyanCare/UniPartyCare.

Then, simply enact Tort reform, HSA and Interstate purchasing/selling would be light years better and a move to true Free Market system.

It’s not rocket science.

It’s a matter of wanting to do what’s right.”

You’re right, of course, but I fear the Republicans have acceded to the democrat premise that health care and health insurance are some sort of “right” now. Therefore, Obamacare is never going to be actually repealed, as they are not willing to face the media and democrat onslaught they would face over an actual repeal. Sad days for believers in freedom and limited government.

Never gonna happen! The Dems fix will be that congress keeps fully funding Obamacare and we’ll keep do it because we’re cowards!! A bunch of pansies that avoided a full vote to avoid accountability and do in on a Friday afternoon weekend dump! An imperfect bill would’ve have still been better than keeping Obamacare and now we own it!!! Well done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Trump is going to get frustrated by his inability to move his agenda using the GOP "majority" in Congress. He will reach out to the Dems and do some horse trading. I see Trump working with the Dems to mend Obamacare rather than end it once the current implosion hits a critical mass with the public call for immediate relief. The same will happen with infrastructure as the GOP tries to prevent the bill because of its impact on deficit and debt. Trump is a pragmatist and will not allow GOP dysfunction prevent him from achieving his objectives one way or another.

Interesting post. I do agree with most of what you have said

1. Some items will give relief/solace to "conservatives" - EPA, State Dept.

2. Working with Dems - So this may very well lead to MORE intrusive Fed. G'ment dictatorshipp - very much like FDR and LBJ

How exactly has the “freedom caucus” given us limited government? Do tell.

They certainly have given the Dems a victory, POTUS a black eye and put his entire agenda at risk. How principled and conservative of them.

It's just my guess but Ryan is slick enough and has been around the proverbial House/Senate block enough to have done a better job.

If he had really wanted to get rid of zerocare he would have made the rounds to almost everyone on both sides of the aisle and in Both Houses, and started with the President.

He would have created a much simpler bill.

A good Speaker never brings up a bill, ever, unless he is 99% sure it will pass and he has the support. Ryan knows that and he didn't do near the work an honest Speaker would have done.

I was also disappointed to see that tweet. Everyone wants to paint this in the most dismal light they can. The Freedom Caucus stood by the American People who put Trump in office.

They did the right thing.

If President Trump wants to rally his base, this is not the way to do it.
