What he stated was a fact. If the bill passed ocare would have been largely gutted and PP refunded. You can argue on whether or not things would have been better or if it went far enough but that is the reality. Not passing the bill means Obamacare remains law and PP funded

Trump gave you a great supream court pick, enforcement of border laws, roll back of job killing regulations, etc and you repay him by refusing his play for time on Obamacare with Ryancare. Trump now knows that trying to make a deal with Conservitives is pointless.
