POTUS has got to get legislation passed or his entire agenda will grind to a halt. Wall, trade, everything. Momentum is all cumulative and the SS Trump has just taken a big hole below the waterline thanks to virtue signalling “conservatives”.
That’s what really worries me about Trump; that he has no core beliefs that resemble conservatism (if anything, he’s liberal) and all he wants is the adoration of the crowds for ‘winning’. This is why he keeps booking rallies IMVHO, to recharge his attention battery.
He didn’t want a solid healthcare bill that reflected what he sold us on; he wanted to gloat that he got something done and is now pissed and lashing out at the ones who got him where he is and stood firming on conservative values.
