Interesting that under Obama (from wiki) Both Clapper and Carter had put Rogers on notice for poor performance in internal security and for a poor leadership style.
Then Rogers goes sees Trump on his own.

That makes Rogers a possible accomplice, but with Brennan, for sure, or possibly Clapper, still as the lead actor.
If Rogers were the main guy, rather than just knowledgeable about it, he wouldn’t have gone to Trump—or been kept on by him.
Brennan is guilty for sure, but I’m guessing Clapper is up to his clavicle in it too.
