Dangle ten grand in front of their faces and probably half the girls in America would have unprotected sex with you. That's a lot of money.

And if you wanted to be a real dick, you could run a sting that went something like this:

"Sex with me for $250?"
"No."
"$500?"
"No."
"$1000? $2000? $5000? $10,000?"
"Yes."
"I'm placing you under arrest for prostitution."
