Remember Dubya and the way he dragged out the whole question whether he ever took cocaine? Same thing. It’s a decoy to drive them nuts. True, they already are nuts, but they have to be making angry chimp noises to scare people away nuts. Remember the Wellstone memorial? That kind of nuts. It’s working.
Most of what I remember about GWB is that he turned out to be a really crappy POTUS, perhaps one of the worst, who got a lot of precious Americans killed, the mideast in even greater turmoil, Obama in office and a Trump detractor. He's not a good example of smart or clever.
