I’m not sure how things work...Do Congresscritters have to go the path of ‘congressional hearings’ or is there an option to just cut to the chase and get a grand jury?

I have seen that movie. Scary.
I wonder what sort of fisa warrant covers where take your dry cleaning? And how much does a 24x7 surveillance of a few dozen, if not a hundred, people cost?
And who pays for it? Is there a slush fund Obama had that covered this?
This just went from a national security issue to outright eavesdropping ...President Trump needs to address this himself in a news conference...and he needs to say he is directing the Justice Department to open a case on it.
The American people will be with him on this for sure. He tweeted today that he thinks Rice broke laws..I’m guessing, just like his other tweets that have all come true, that they already have a devastating case against her and Rhodes pointing all the way to the Keynon.
