I’m afraid an indictment is the best we will ever do. The country is so split that you will never get a jury of 12 people that will vote to convict. There will always be 1 or 2 that will vote not guilty against a democrat even with video and a confession.
That’s OK ... use the “Progressive Law Them Into Poverty” approach ... make them spend a lot of Soros’s and the Clinton Global Crime Initiative Foundation and Slush Fund cash.
