When I see Niki stand at the UN without reading word for word what she’s saying and that convincing me she means what shes saying rather than just carrying a message...then I might reconsider my opinion. As she is now I’m not impressed.

Uh... Her job IS to carry the message. And, for the most part, whether she can convince other women of Trump's message is irrelevant.
