Sounds like a repeat of Nov 8, around this same time -- 8:30 CT when Hillary was winning but falling behind.

AP caught up when it looked like the Dem had a shot.
Now Wichita is trying to hold their totals long enough for the Eastern time Zone stations to report the race is “too close to call!”.
Looks like Estes(R) is only going to win by twety-some hundred votes.
