All I find at the moment is recent stuff pertaining to the Afghanistan strike much of which has MOAB, MOP and FOAB being used interchangeably which causes credibility issues.
I do however suspect that you are correct about the GBU-43/B being deliverable only by the C-130 and C-17.
I haven’t heard any reports on how many of ISIS were killed or injured or how badly the tunnels were damaged, but I hope they were utterly destroyed!
