I believe the November Hellfires can do it in smaller scale. Soldiers would go in to finish clearing the buildings and come out vomitting talking of dudes with lungs aspirated out of their faces exploded with eyes and guts popped out.

That sounds horrifying. That would be hard to see. Of course if the target contains throat cutting demonic cult members like ISIS, I wouldn't mind so much. In fact on a bad day, I might enjoy watching that.
