And it indeed is limp wristed to say “I take my marbles and go home.”

I’m just curious who has even thought of beaming gospel by internet (if not also radio) at the peoples enslaved in Islam?

Until you understand that you were just as enslaved in sin as they were, you will never get the heart of God. Never. Oh maybe some of your outward things weren’t so bad. But God puts on those X ray eyes of His and things get very uncomfortable!

You would think they would at least have done the secular stuff. Bunnies, eggs, and butterflies.

Take some context. This doesn’t exclude admonishing erring believers. In fact why would you come back at me unless you felt you had some right to do so, however ill understood that right is?

I can’t say that if you have believed, you are still going to hell. This is the context that applies here. However, hell could very well come to you for a season, plus you would lose out on reward (whereas I would gain, as the obedient watchman).

And they know that another set of arch-snooty Christians would then tar them for that.

I truly COULD wish that they would show the cross on Good Friday and the empty tomb on Easter Sunday. But at their level of understanding, then they’d have to start showing significant events of other faiths. Would we be okay with that? Maybe we SHOULD be okay with that, because it opens up conversation. But that would have to take place OUTSIDE of that echo chamber we know as FR.

If you won’t listen to the Apostle Paul, writing under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, you certainly aren’t going to listen to anything I might say.

Blessings, and good day.

>And how is anybody going to repent unless they get a credible gospel witness with heart?

Spreading the good word is the job of missionaries. The job of regular Christians is to present a good example through righteous living and to defend their faith. Christianity beat the Romans not through accepting their evil pagan practices, but by rejecting and heaping scorn on them.

This is the thing I really despise about modern so called Christians. They attack their own while claiming that child raping head chopping savages are just like us. I think liberalism has infected the churches and scrambled people’s minds.

So how is doing godly things on Google “accepting evil pagan practices?”

God’s logic against the scoffers is airtight. More airtight than you are comfortable with.

No, nobody has to carry out ALL missions simultaneously. But SOME kind of mission is incumbent upon all Christians.

I believe you and other Christians have forgotten that true liberality is God based and bible advised. Lefties with their illiberal mindset have taken over this segment of what God wrote on men’s hearts, because righties have grown too proud to acknowledge it.

Abusus non tollit usum. The abuse does not remove the use.

And yes, God wrote liberality on my heart, as well as the gumption to stand up for it.

The only place for people like this to go, if Christendom just goes humph we are looking out only for our existing known own (rather than all the elect, which the Lord could seed according to prayer), is... RIIIIGHT. To the secular lefties. Which is like eating rotten apples, but that might be preferable to starving.

That’s why I used to love Jimmy Carter. Trouble was, he was an example of “a form of religion without its power.”

I have not lost what God wrote on my heart. Rather, I have taken it to a genuine Christ for a masterful completion, rather than to men. And I believe many of you will eventually recognize that Trump is occupying a similar spiritual space.

I don’t want to beat a dead horse, but if you think Google is public service, you are living in a fantasy world. Google is a business. A huge business. And trust me, they don’t care what you or I think about their treatment of religion. We are not their target market.

If I had to choose which assessment to take, yours or The_Donald’s, I’m going with the coder-heavy community at the latter every time.

Maybe the coders know how to effectively query databases and overcome the limitations of DuckDuckGO better than the average Google user?

I don’t know squat about that. I do know that the ‘centipedes’ at The_Donald are hard to beat when it comes to manipulating search engines. For example, one will post a photo of Hillary getting tossed into the van, with the legend, “This pic isn’t #1 when you search ‘side of beef.’ You know what to do.”

A few days later, that image is #1—or close to it—when you search on, ‘side of beef.’

I like Ixquick. Duckduckgo doesn’t go quite as deep, I’ve found.
