A man wanted in the slaying of a security guard set out to kill as many white people as he could on Tuesday, gunning down three men on the streets of downtown Fresno before he was captured and admitted to the shootings, authorities said.
Kori Ali Muhammad, 39, was arrested shortly after the morning rampage that left three white men dead, police said. Muhammad, who is black, fired 16 rounds in less than two minutes at four places within a block, shooting men who appeared to be going about their day, authorities say.
During his arrest, Muhammad shouted "Allahu Akbar," but Fresno Police Chief Jerry Dyer said the shootings had "nothing to do with terrorism in spite of the statement he made."

A 357 is one BA round. A friend of mine was a leo and had to put down a guy who pointed a stagecoach at him. He sent 6 rounds from a Python through him about center mass. The guy with the stagecoach would not go down. My buddy was stunned.
The problem.
The 357 was bouncing him off of the car behind him so he could not fall down so, my bud would sink another round in him until he was empty and then the guy finally fell down. Nothing left propping him up.
My point is that Ca had such a frenzy about banning high cap mags and yet that ban was totally useless in this case.

Imagine how the MSM would report this if it was a KKK white guy shooting Black men? What would happen—All over the news for 48 solid hours.
