What is interesting is how artists are now getting sued if they use a photograph as a "model" to make a painting.
Prince's estate is suing Andy Warhol's estate for unauthorized copying of a photo of Prince, which Warhol silk screened.
Even MLK's estate controls his image, and his speeches.
Cannot use them unless you pay up.
Hope this "artist" didn't copy a photo without permission.
