A teacher praying in school is not Congress establishing a religion.

Yes, you do make a good point there. But what then of a public school teacher who - on a daily basis - recites a Muslim prayer to the class? Is that up to the local School Board to allow it? Or is it up the state? Maybe.

But it’s better to just keep religion - and politics, for that matter - out of public institutions.
