It isn’t acting like a spoiled brat to see the President get the funding for a wall appropriated over decade ago. Nobody wants the wall built tomorrow but he has to take SOME action to get the funding NOW.
Congress is a bunch of eunuchs, thugs, liars and obstructionists. The Executive branch does not hold purse strings, Congress does.
But Trump being Trump, will figure out a way along with his advisors.
