I’ve spent my entire life living within a few miles of I-5 - from Seattle to north San Diego. It’s gorgeous here, generally good weather, and fertile with many farms still and has been an extraordinary benefit to this great country with access to the Pacific and other natural resources.
Why concede this? Our ancestors fought for this. You sound like a quitter...a sour one.
