Obviously you have him well trained! He chain saws wood and makes coffee - he’s a keeper!

Mine chain saws too - I think it is very manly. I love the smell of oil and gasoline. Diesel fuel too. Mine makes coffee - but just for himself.

I won’t see you at 5, more like 8. I’m still on California time. But there are some early birds here. I wish I was one - and would have a better chance at it if I’d go to bed at a decent hour! I get my 2nd wind at 10, ready to unpack or paint or vacuum. I’m not too popular doing that ;(

69 years this summer. Married right out of high school and never looked back. It’s been an incredible run, praise God! Nobody trains my hubby. He is very hard headed-helps out in the house as he appreciates help out side. Very frustrating when things have to be done his way, but I can sit back and let him do it his way even if his way is harder and takes longer. Years ago, he commented on the way I was holding the dust pan. It soon became his job to sweep the floor and hold the dust pan in his more efficient way. Ditto with our dishwasher. Our first home had a dishwasher which in those days was quite noisy. He commented that he could do dishes in 10 minutes and not have to listen to that washer for 45 min. When the children left the nest and the dishwasher wore out, guess who started doing dishes and still does them to this day.
