When I transferred to working with elementary school I ran across an article — Praise Them/Praise Him. It explained how to control a group of people by using praise instead of demanding behavior
Instead of scolding Johnny for Misbehavior — Praise Susie for sitting nicely next to him Priase Tommy behind him and Jane etc etc. Soon Johnny will be behaving just as you want. DJT is using a variation of the same method.
Children ( and congressmen want praise and will adjust their behavior to get it if they KNOW that it can be earned). Behavior modification for Congress
