Electricity is under the control of the federal government - Cut all electricity to these cities.
Mail is under the control of the federal government - Cut all mail service.
Institute marial law.
Let them rule what ever they want... In three days with no food, and no electricity... it won't make much of a difference....

Easier. for cities with sanctuary policies, disallow the entire STATE driver’s license for use as an acceptable ID. That would include for TSA/air travel, banking activities and government assistance. The majority of a state’s citizens where such lawlessness is tolerated, should be impaired as a consequence of the policies of their cities.

WHY would you think a judge wouldn’t stop all the things you mentioned.
let’s live in the real world where it’s been obvious for some time the judges are MAKING federal law, not enforcing it
