President Trump Is 'Absolutely' Considering Breaking Up the Ninth Circuit Court

President Donald Trump said on Wednesday that he is considering splitting up the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit after its recent rulings that have blocked two of his executive orders.

"There are many people that want to break up the Ninth Circuit. It's outrageous," Trump said to the Washington Examiner in an interview at the White House. "Everybody immediately runs to the Ninth Circuit. And we have a big country. We have lots of other locations. But they immediately run to the Ninth Circuit. Because they know that's like, semi-automatic."

Have you considered detainment on say Kwajalein or some other remote Pacific Island?

The crime is obstruction of governance. Death is ok by me but I have considered rounding up all the obstructors ans transporting them to a penal detainment facility, a new colony where they can govern themselves

The 9th circuit is a cesspit of liberal radicals. The judges are not interested in upholding the duly enacted laws of the US. Until Trump rids the nation of these morons he will never get anything passed

Yes, we can use Article V to amend the Constitution.

Perhaps we can add an amendment that the right to bear arms won’t be infringed and another so that we have freedom of speech.

Wanna bet he won’t follow through?

I would take odds against him following through

“They’ll just rule it unconstitutional because they said so.”

Here’s the thing. There can’t be a “friend of the courts” filing which helps a great deal. Think the question is, is it congress, the senate, the executive that can break up the court?

He didn’t actually say he wanted to break them up in the interview. It’s fake news.

Thinking about.

Considering.

Mulling over.

I’m not sure if Trump says these things or if it is the “reporter” who does. I for one want to see, Do or do not do, there is no try.

Just do it and no telegraphing it.

When a Seal team rushes the enemy, they do it with overwhelming force so the enemy has no idea it is coming, it can’t prepare a defense, etc.

That should be the approach.

Nope, the only way to fire a federal judge is through impeachment process, and our colleges brainwash the legal community into believing that unconstitutional tyranny is not a reason to impeach a judge. You can remove a judge for spitting or profanity, but not for tyranny. Insane, I agree. Complete misinterpretation of original intent.

But ... you can reorganize any court below the surpremes. As I understand it, reorganizing is through legislative branch.

However, I’m really glad that Trump is putting a spotlight on the idea of busting them up.

‘Think the question is, is it congress, the senate, the executive that can break up the court?’

Please note post 69. Levin’s Men In Black has a ‘solutions’ chapter and explains how most federal courts can be busted up, reshuffled, etc.

Diarmuid O’Scannlain is EXCELLENT!

If only there were a dozen more like him on the Ninth America would be a better place.

I messaged him he needs to do this on election night or the day after it is critical to Swamp draining. Every federal judge needs a bit of a wake up call with a splash of you could lose your job your honor cold water. I certainly hope its true. The ninth circuit needs to be impeached en banc was the term I think Gingrich used. He was talking once it must have been on Greta years ago about how congress can do this.

FDR’s 1937 attempt to pack the SCOTUS failed. There was no similar controversial attempt to pack the lower federal courts.

True. But the shot across the bow rattled SCOTUS, which suddenly saw the light and began ruling in favor of New Deal programs.

Smashing the 9th. could have similar effects on the rest of the Federal Judiciary.

Better yet would be to remove the crooked, dishonest, anti-American tyrants and put them in orange suits for a lifetime, instead of on a bench in a blackrobe.

“Is that a safe space?”

Nope.

People can grab you from all sides, and it ain’t bullet proof.

No doubt the Berkeley cops recognize it as off-limits to their actions, though.

“OH darn, Herman, the perp has fled the country; he made it to that “Subject to No Jurisdiction” circle.”

“Somebody needs to plant an American flag in that hole.”

Why would I desecrate the American Flag by planting it in Earth’s asshole?

We have people on FR that lambaste him for not doing anything he promised and claiming to do things that only Congress can approve.

But what about unilateral actions that do not require approval by Congress?

The Obama administration is continuing to do the following:

Issue DACA cards.

Pursue the suits against religious liberty (Sisters of Charity).

Attacked conservative congressman who resisted funding Planned Parenthood.

Declared Iran to be in compliance with the deal.

Declining to prosecute Hillary.

Placing Goldman Sachs personnel in charge.

Keeping Janet Yeltsin at the Fed.

Admitted it offered China advantageous trade relations in exchange for support on North Korea.
