With today’s technology how does a nation state mobilize a 1 million man army to conduct a “sneak attack?”

Remember the million man army that Hussein had and how well they did. Dictators like fat boy do not allow their field commanders to make the decision they have to be in control and make all decisions. Their army cannot act unless fat boy tells them it is OK. China should go and take fat boy out and claim it was someone in the military which they would be pre approved of to take over.

All of that can do a sneak attack? lol

With some firearms training I could probably be more effective than their emaciated troops.

Actually, it worsens the chances the little idiot goes nuclear. His manpower is no match for U.S.-South Korean firepower, and even his troops cannot match the firepower of the troops they will face. That means, conventionally his military cannot prevail and will start to lose quickly. Desperate idiots can do desperate things.

If only our intelligence can locate his nukes and take ‘em out. Some are on mobile launchers.

I’m sure, b/c of the proximity to Seoul, that they could inflict a lot of damage on civilians with their conventional weapons.

Just shoot fast food at the NORKS. They will lay down to chow down.

If Kim were defeated, you now have 9 million hungry and crazy people to re-indoctrinate and feed. I don’t think there’s quite that much kimchi to go around.

Those 1.2 million men have never seen combat and likely exist on two bowls of kimchi per day. Confronted with the dogs of war they will probably lay down and surrender or run off. Or once they cross into SK defect en mass.

Half the planes probably don’t fly and the sub’s are diesel. Easy to track and kill.

The artillery and the chemical weapons will likely present the major obstacles. Its going to be impossible to stop a lot of it from hitting SK.

The best bet is to bet somebody to take Kimmie out.

Launched?

I believe his technology is such they would have to be shipped, not launched. Am I wrong?

one nuke hitting Seoul or Tokyo would send shock waves through the world economy that would make the Great Depression look like a stroll in the park by comparison.

Strangely enough when Japan bombed Pearl Harbor it ended the worst depression in our history.

The ones in those parades seem to be healthy. Try doing that goose step with vigor for a couple hundred feet.

You think we can't ?

What about our ASM-135 ASAT missile or other weapon systems we have ?
What about our X-37B ? Don't fool yourself !
We HAVE the capability.
What we've lacked ... is the "WILL" to USE it !
