One of my favorite places to take my kids when they were younger was the Gettysburg Memorial. It is only about an hour from Mont Co MD and provides an excellent chance to see how the Civil War was actually fought.
Gettysburg along with Vicksburg and the Union blockade were important reasons why the North won.
The politicians who ran the confederacy were another important reason.
Only in cyber land.
I’m a Christian, sorry, I don’t approve of slavery, this is pretty sickening.
The States of the South in their declarations of secession clearly state they were fighting over slavery.
