If that happened to my loved ones, I would eventually find him and he would meet Mr. Fist.
It’s odd that you don’t know, but “BOLO” is a commonly used law Enforcement term.
I thought I was up on all the police slang. I’m a big fan of police shows like COPS and even Adam-12 from the old days. But this was a new one on me. Sorry.
Simple - I was pointing out Target’s anything-goes bathroom and dressing room policies. We’re supposed to ‘accept’ them, or we’re hate-filled bigots.
Seems that this store, along with the police there are ‘hate-filled bigots’, but the now-current definition of the term, courtesy of the left. What they SHOULD have done, per the left, is put this guy front-and-center as a hero and show the world their acceptance of this behavior.
Got it. Thanks
Thanks God he isn’t gay./s
Exactly. Preppin for a job in a Syrian "safe" zone.
Quite an astute observation. Ted Bundy and Jeffrey Dahmer both started out torturing animals, I think both then graduated to peeping tom then on to bigger and better things.
Quite a few followed similar paths. I’ve read quite a few books on these guys, really weird critters.
When you try looking for something like this try using the letters with spaces between them or you’ll get results as if it’s looking for a word. B O L O might bring up the acronym. You can also put it in quotes and the search engine will look for exactly that word, phrase or letter sequence.

Sorry about multiple posts, flaky connection.
Have there been documented cases of security contractor types tending towards perverse behavior or cultivating a culture of doing this sort of thing?
Thank you. None of these deviants start out perfectly normal one day, then suddenly become violent predators the next day. It’s always a series of escalations. I don’t know if every peeping tom or upskirt camera freak will eventually escalate to violent behavior, but I’m quite certain the percentage is way WAY higher than otherwise.
Check out Kathryn Bolkovac and the film Whistleblower as a start.
If anyone went through that much trouble and risk to take pics of me under my skirt (had I been wearing one) I’d be flattered beyond belief. Some people just don’t know how good they’ve really got it.
Plus, no one’s commented, but this perp is a hot looking dude. You would think he’d have no trouble at all getting a woman, since the female liars are all about appearances anyway.
Okay before you guys accuse me of anything think twice. I will find you and make you so sorry you ran your stupid mouth. PS—I’m on my third bottle of wine today.
Or Safeway. If I were a local cop, I’d be taking these pics to the local Safeways and asking the managers if he’s employed there.
I thought the guy was good looking as well (I’m a guy). I wonder if some of this perverted crap means different things. I once had a boss that would come into the office with a stack of Kodak photos from his vacations - he would frequent nude beaches. He was fat, ugly and a jerk and I’m guessing he just took the photos so he could look at something in his apartment alone. (I never looked at them - disgusting! I know the gals are on a nude beach, but still seems like an “invasion of privacy”.)
This guy might be the next Ted Bundy. Reasonably looking, with a bit of effort could get a date, but instead gets his kicks doing this sort of stuff.
