Words have meanings and when you say them, you attach the meaning to yourself.

She is not innocent because she thought it was cool to be naked and evil talking.

It ain't.

I know I am just piling on here.

Yes she is. The ideology she espouses to hordes of young, impressionable fans led directly to the group think that led to a country that won’t even protect its children from a violent and known threat. In my opinion, the cultural and ideological rot she spurs on is even more a danger and threat than the jihadi who is willing to blow themselves up for their cause.

No, she is not the enemy.

But she is one of (the many) who encourage and celebrate even more of the enemy to be among us. She is one of the ones who look condescendingly and disdainfully down on those of us with genuine concerns about safety and about the direction of our society as a whole.

Of course she, like everyone, is entitled to her opinion. But opinions bring on consequences, such as being called out. Push-back it is called. That is what is happening to her now. It is a healthy process and what free speech is all about. Free speech counters free speech.

She has a louder microphone and longer reach than most of us, so we have to push back all the harder.

“Ariana Grande is not the enemy here.”

If this sort of bombing starts to happen here, regularly, it will be because people like HER brought them here. She damn sure IS the enemy when it comes to preventing this from happening here.

Ariana Grande is not the enemy here.

She's not an ally, neither.
