It takes two elements to fund terror: demand for drugs, and laws that restrict the drug market to criminals. Which of these two is within our power to end?Make using drugs a $1000 first offense, $10,000 second offense, then third time some jail.
Does nothing to make drug use easier to catch. Thinking we can punish our way to zero demand is a utopian fantasy.
