If families have kids raped and sentences get cut, doesn’t this present the problem in the future that the rapist could become the victim of a revenge killing?
Families are human, and if the law doesn’t work for I can see some of these families maybe taking justice into their own hands.
This cutting of penalties could blow things up in my opinion. Not a good thing.
families tried taking things into their own hands in germany i believe it was- fathers formed a group and were going around looking for gangs of muslims- the cops there acted swiftly to stop the fathers- gotta protect those muslim rapists
