They aren’t trying to mutilate American women — YET.
A female should be old enough to buy alcohol before she can decide to have her genitals mutilated. Or old enough to be off of her parents ObamaCare. Her choice.

I may disagree with another religion based on what day they observe as their sabbath, what their views of Christ are, what they require from their members. These are not barbaric criminal issues.

Sure we agree on what should be done to Islam. I’m glad we do.
I do think it is important to differentiate Islam from being a religion. The inclusion of it in that category, tarnishes all religion. It means you can at the very least claim any abysmal practice is merely a part of your religion, and therefore above reproach. And this causes folks to think less of every religion.

IMO, you’re making somewhat of the same mistake folks do when they say Islam is a religion of peace. Of course it’s not to that level, but refusing to recognize Islam for what it is, is also a form of denial.

I’m not sure why you repeated that. We certainly agree on those points. I think that’s a given. There is a problem here though.
Just because this cult has become integral with the societies it infests, it doesn’t stop being a cult.

Doesn't Islam live outside of conventional society? Do religions in the broader society advocate the same things?
Allah was their charismatic leader. One could say that Jesus is also a cult leader, but Jesus didn't urge folks to do the things Islam does. He was the leader of a movement that respected individuals and peoples.
Islam does not.
