But to answer rationally, no, lions and wolves are as different in nature and society as Eagles and crows. You guess which is which.
I think the bigger point is NPs have no normal or in most cases any hunting conservation practice at all. NF and other fed/state lands do- and both predator and prey animals are kept in a managed , not a “natural” balance....
