I actually drove through there one time because my wife wanted to visit a Catholic Shrine located there. It was daylight but I felt I was taking my life in my hands driving the streets there.
Not all cultures are equal. I grew up in the area and it is the extreme contrast of two societies literally side by side the further one goes down the cobblestone streets of Germantown Avenue. Third world sh*thole comes to mind the further one drives.This garbage is not new. What I really want to say is not constructive.
