It’s worth noting that 75 percent of the voters in the city of Pittsburgh, which Trump highlighted in his Rose Garden speech, cast ballots of Hillary Clinton, Trump’s opponent.

That's because Trump was thinking of Pittsburgh as the great industrial, steel producing city it was a few decades back. And he intends to revive that to the extent possible. Once that begins to happen, support for Trump will increase even in the city limits of Pittsburgh.

Yes, I still like to think of classic Pittsburgh; it almost seems impossible that it’s a blue city but cities gonna do what they do.
