The Reporters were arranging women one at a time within a group and giving them signs to hold. It was not a protest (as they were trying to say it was).

..... It is very possible that the protesters here are actually real and the CNN video crew is staging them for the best camera angles. This is actually quite common before a news crew goes on air. To the average onlooker this may look strange .... but like I say .... This is not uncommon. Note there is no traffic ... this is typically a sign that there is ITC (Intermittent Traffic Control Cops) securing the area in a very volatile situation, making it safe to film for the crew.

.... Of course ... on the other hand it could actually be a BS phony protest LOL.
