They claim we radifed it, and Obama never got the agreement
ratified by 67 senators as is required to become effective.
This is a scam, Obama’s signature was null and void to start with, with out ratification which he never even came close to getting.

Unlike most countries this is not a dictatorship, Obama can’t ‘bypass the senate’. Its either radifed or its just the president’s personal word. The word of a man who is no longer president.
I’m sure Obama will continue to keep the agreement as a private citizen. The USA never agreed to it.

They are right Trump can’t just leave the Paris agreement, the 67 senator has agree to join the Paris agreement first.
lol Obama never even came close to getting the senate to agree to it. instead he claimed he could ‘bypass it’. But I’m sorry but the U.S. Constitution requires 67 senators to agree to any treaty. Otherwise its basically just the current president’s word.
