Throughout most of this, Rubio has been the most serious.
Now I know Rubio and Trump had issues during the election but if Rubio keeps looking like the only Republican statesman in the senate, he’s got a shot next election.

Comey had absolutely no basis in fact for his statement that he thought Trump would lie about their meetings. Nor is there any evidence that Trump has ever lied about their meetings. This is a hit job from his mind while he carefully States facts which exonerate Trump.
Comey is paranoid and a showboat. He is the knight on the white charger going against phantom evildoers. Comey is smarting about being fired. Rosenstein provided all the reasons why Comey should be fired. The Reps should bring that up. Comey was not fired just because of the Russia investigation. His handling of the Clinton case was even more incompetent. And Trump fired Comey days after Comey's testimony about feeling "mild nauseous."
If Comey really believed that the President of the United States was a liar, then he had no business staying on as the FBI director. You can't have a superior and a subordinate working for the same organization when there's
