I never could get my Dad to even try using the internet, email or texting, ever. Shortly before he passed at 84, he said ‘I don’t need it, nor do I want it. Give it up. Son!’
I resisted a long time too, but I’m a News Hound, and wanted my fix when the news occurred.
They are all different. My dad was all over the Internet, following stocks, sports teams, chatting, etc til Alzheimer’s took him away. His brother never touched it. He’s still alive and never had a cell phone or wanted anything to do with computers. He just refused.
