Nuts, I just thought of something. Rep. Scalise crawled some distance after being shot? I wonder if that did additional damage? I am NOT blaming Scalise for trying to take cover, just infuriated that there wasn’t better security there to protect everyone.

There are so many reasons we can’t really know, but yeah, he moved a lot trying to escape. It was a long surgery, no telling what happened in there but he’s in a trauma one facility- these guys deal with gsw every day.

If I’ve got the tick tock right, it took additional LE 3 minutes to arrive on scene, and another 10 minutes to neutralize the perp. That’s 13 minutes Scalise, at least, was unable to get help. If I’ve got that right. Or were folks able to aid Scalise before the perp was stopped?

Joining you in some Hail Marys! By the way have you ever noticed how much Catholic blood has been spilled for America! More Catholics than any other designated religion have died in America’s Wars. The 300 police and fire rescue that entered the Towers just before they came down; 298 were proven to still be practicing Catholics, the other two, EWTN could not track down. (not enough relatives) Since they received Absolution from a priest just minutes before entering the Tower they were pure as the driven snow. I've been out most of the day and just now catching up..

but did have radio on in my car...and have Sirius and heard San Fran Nan's speech, and I was scratching my head, thinking, is she making sense or is it me and I just don't understand..

then this evening saw a clip and yes, her hair was a mess, unusual for her, as she really has a nice head of hair, but that crazy part, makes me think she did her own comb out or one of her staff tried to do it...and neither knew what to do...

She tries so hard to be a PRIM AND PROPER ‘lady’ (shaking my head as I typed that) She is very, very wealthy so she tries to act lady like...She is just another damn democrat liar to me..

Hope her staff reads our comments..(making me laugh to myself..)
