And that is only one, albeit a particularly glaring example, of a huge number of scientific problems with "young earth".
So the basic issue is, can we treat both science and the Bible with all due respect and without doing harm to either?
I think we can, but it takes some careful analysis & understanding.

The point is you don’t understand entropy and how the 2nd law of thermodynamics isn’t broken by the “complexifying” of everyday photosynthesis.

It’s not a riddle - it’s a simple concept that any science student should be able to articulate.

Not when referring to the creator it doesn’t mean just about anything- it means exactly what it means- God’s omniscient intelligence- which far surpasses ours- there’s really no need to make an issue out of the term- when one speaks of God’s intelligent design, we all understand that His omniscient intelligence is far superior to ours- it knows all- we know only in part- it does no disservice to God to claim He is the end all be all of intelligent Designers- not sure why this is even an issue?

Number one it’s not really a problem IF you study the issue- there are answers to it- secondly, you discount the actual im;possibilities associated with macroevolution (ie: chemical impossibilities, biological, thermodynamic, mathematical- any one of which puts a nail in the coffin for hte idea of macroevolution possibility- but taken all together- ensure that it’s not even remotely possible- yet you claim that the light year issue undoes young earth when there are answers to it? Study it some- you’ll find what you are looking for IF you look objectively-
