Stopping short of a complete turnabout, President Donald Trump is expected Friday to announce a revised Cuba policy aimed at stopping the flow of U.S. cash to the country's military and security services while maintaining diplomatic relations and allowing U.S. airlines and cruise ships to continue service to the island.

Ignorant me, I had no idea we were doing that. What a shameful thing! The security forces are the ones that regularly beat and jail peaceful dissenters including the Ladies in White who are mothers, wives and other family members of political prisoners. They hold peaceful marches every week.
These courageous women are regularly beaten and terrorized by these security forces to whom we are giving money. Repression in Cuba continues despite all the money and the open relations. I would say it is even be worse!
