Wishful and (imo) naive thinking. I’d bet this is retaliation. When government that’s mean to to protect the people abdicates that responsibility people will respond on their own.

Yes, it might be wishful thinking. I’m just hoping this isn’t the start of apartment blocks collapsing, crowded mosques erupting in conflagration, and whole neighborhoods getting pushed into the sea.
Maybe they’ll just self-deport after this event.
