This mistake has been incorporated into the laws of Ohio. Ohio's concealed carry law only covers handguns. Local jurisdictions are still free to outlaw sensible measures that law abiding citizens might wish to take to protect themselves: Like carrying pepper spray or tasers.

I’m sure they would have mentioned that they were incited by yet to be born Donald J. Trump, feared to be a future Hitler. In fact, I’m surprised they did not find a way to add in some reference to Trump and Russian influence as being the cause of the riots. One can assume they knocked the idea around though.
