I can remember when CNN came on the air back in 1980. Here in small town Texas some 56 miles south of Big D, this was when we first got cable TV.

CNN was a breath of fresh air. They were 'Fair and Balanced' in their coverage when put up next to the big three network's Easterner Elite Liberal Slant on any and all news from ABC, CBS and NBC.

When looked at it today, they were no Roger Ailes' Fox News by any stretch of the imagination but they did give both sides in a more or less objective way that journalism was supposed to be--

AND they had Kathleen Sullivan!

She was the first News... Babe and I still have the hots for her in the deep recesses of my 70 year old brain.

It was only logical that Kathleen was the basic cable "Party Girl" back then... correct, Captain?

To tell the full and absolute truth, Kathleen... gave me a little electric thrill, also--
