Judge Andrew Napolitano says former Attorney General Loretta Lynch could be facing jail time for obstruction of justice if emails to former DNC chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Shultz reportedly about furthering DNC interests surface.
“It is alleged, this document has not seen the light of day yet, if it exists that there is one or several emails between Debbie Wasserman Shultz and Loretta Lynch concerning the behavior that Loretta Lynch will take to further the DNC interests while Mrs. Lynch was the Attorney General, that if it happened, would be misconduct in office,” he said.
Napolitano classifies this as a felony, which is equivalent to an obstruction of justice charge.
“Depending on what they charge her with, it could be five to ten years, it’s very serious, it’s the equivalent of obstruction of justice.”
This is why the phony “Russian Collusion” story was created.
To divert law enforcement away from the very real Democrat election corruption.

Traditionally, new administrations have treated the transgressions of outgoing administrations as water under the dam. It’s one of our remaining political myths that such prosecutions would be persecutions by the new power-holders to secure their place against the old, and there’s definitely something to that fear.
Still, some of the deeds pulled by Obama and his cabal were so clearly illegal, that it pains me that nothing is being done about it. But, if you’ve got nearly 50% of the voters who are brain-dead Dem loyalists being whipped up by 90% or more of the MSM, what are you going to do?
