there’s no way a lower court judge should be able to over-rule a president or congress. It should be only the scotus.
And the unanimous ruling proves that.
Definitely agree on that.
Not only did they overrule the president, they extended their ruling nationally, essentially making themselves the unelected president.
Outrageous, and a total abuse of power. Frankly, they should be arrested for sedition. All of them.
And none of the three should be able to overrule the Constitution. There’s a plan for that but the People have to do it at a high bar.
