One major difference: They are judging Trump guilty of a theoretical future crime that has not yet been committed while absolving the MSM of actual attacks against Republicans. Of course, they are now wide open to being accused of provoking violence against journalists by suggesting to unstable people on their own side that Trump can be politically injured with a false-flag attack.
So, if and when violence is perpetrated against journalists, who will actually be responsible? Inquiring minds want to know.

Someone is setting up a false flag
I dont think most conservatives care about “ journalists”
They are like mosquitos in the swamp
Annoying and avoidable with repellant ( turn off the tv, cancel the subscriptions)

Incitement - the action of provoking unlawful behavior or urging someone to behave unlawfully.
"this amounted to an incitement to commit murder"
They invite this upon their own just to make fake news. Things are really upside down right now.

If so, then all journalists should automatically be given carry permits — esp. in DC.

Journalist are responsible for violence against republicans.....what did they expect would eventually happen????
When you make yourself the mouthpiece for one party's hatred for the other and are nightly riling up one base to kill the other you are eventually going to be seen as a problem....common sense.

Just like a sexy woman in a mini skirt brings about her own rape? BS! When will libs learn that people are responsible for their actions no matter the provocation?

The left wing media began to set the stage for this yesterday in an interview with the twit who whined at the press briefing. They are going to stage an "attack" by a supposed Trump supporter, no one really hurt of course, but a piece of theatrics is in the offing that will be used to try to discredit and sabotage administration attempts to defend itself from a perpetrator media. Watch for it in coming days. It will cause a histrionic din of shrieking and cawing about how the evil Trump wants to destroy the first amendment.

Maybe some terrorist organization will take pity on them and blow them all to hell so they can get their story confirmed.

It looks like all the crooks in the media are coordinating their message.
Some might call that 'collusion', which I don't see as protected by the 1st Amd.

So going back to Trump’s announcement that he was running they have incited the LIVs against Trump supporters but then blame Trump for the inevitable backlash? Tough, deal with it.
To: bryan999
Using that logic, Schumer and Pelosi are responsible for the shooting of Steve Scalise.

He said Trump would be responsible for such an attack [on reporters]. Because, as liberal's therapists tell them, they're not responsible for anything. It's always someone else's fault!
I suppose Scalice was "responsible" for getting shot?

Conservatives have been TARGETED by the Media for YEARS.
How many times have we seen Media eager to share the addresses of gun owners? How many times have we seen them whip people into a frenzy over a frickin wedding cake? How many times have we seen them LIE in order to stir up the black community over a LEGAL shooting of a thug?
Sir, I and millions like me WANT you to be very, very afraid because perhaps THEN you will think twice before ATTACKING THE PATRIOTS of this country.
