Yes, and what about the states with republican governors and state officials? Not all of those 41 states refusing to comply are headed up by democrats.
Yeah, I don’t get that. I guess perhaps a recourse would be to suggest the US import 10 million “Christian refugees”.
(A) many states assiduously advertise their voting data for sale;
(B) the states certify the data is authentic and usable;
(C) the state take money for the data.
DOJ needs to consider full investigations centering on RICO conspiracies under 18 U.S.C. §1962(c) because:
<><> (1) tax-paid state personnel
<><> (2) were employed by a publicly-funded sales enterprise,
<><> (3) that engaged in, and/or affected interstate commerce,
<><>(4) the tax-paid persons colluded to operate and manage the enterprise
<><> (5) through a dedicated pattern of racketeering activity,
<><> (6) the taxpayers were injured by reason of the pattern of racketeering activity.

You think the Kasich bunch and the rest of the “Never Trump” crowd would do anything to help?
GOP machines cheat in redstates as well. Sara Palin became goverener of Alaska by exposing corruption in from the GOP in her state.
Including Gov Abbott of Texas.
If three said they have not received a request, then how many of the 41 mentioned in this article have ALSO not received a request?
Smells like a hit piece on DJT.
I appreciate concern about federal interference in what is a state matter—the conduct of elections. Yet liberals DEMAND that the feds get involved when allegations of civil rights violations (the right to vote) are made. That is what the Voters Rights Act was all about—and every few years it was renewed, IIRC, because libs said southern states were still discriminatory. (Not really true, though, as the Democrat Party that ruled the south in the 60s was thankfully replaced by a more tolerant Republican majority.)
So now enter the 2000s. Places like Philadelphia inner city precincts apparently get more than 100% participation, reports surface of Minnesota finding votes just when it looks like Al Franken will lose, and California goes from a battleground state in the 80s to a certain Democrat state right after amnesty for illegals is granted.
What about the civil right for every AMERICAN to not have their vote canceled out by a fraudulent one? Isn’t there a national interest there?
I know it can be a slippery slope. I do NOT advocate nationalization of our elections. Yet something should be done to ensure integrity.
JMHO.
