The "economic" plan has been the source of the most waste over the past 16 years. Nothing but a feed bag for a corrupt country, and welfare program for our "allies". Should have stayed an unconventional operation to kill whomever needed to be killed and ended.
The plan? Get out...Bin Laden is dead and so is Al Queda in Afghanistan...problem solved...move on.
